At Endhan Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are consumable sports nutrition supplements, we maintain specific conditions for returns, replacements and refunds to protect product quality, safety and authenticity.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

A return or replacement may be considered when:

• The product received is incorrect.
• The product is damaged during transit.
• The product is received with visible tampering or compromised packaging.
• The product has a manufacturing or packaging defect.
• The product received is materially different from the product ordered.

For damaged, incorrect or defective products, customers should contact us promptly after delivery with the order details and supporting photographs or video.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For health, hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used supplement products generally cannot be returned.

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Opened or partially consumed products.
• Products with broken seals caused after delivery.
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
• Products without original packaging or labels.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
• Products returned without prior approval.
• Products where the customer simply changes their mind, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, tampered or incorrect product, contact Endhan Labs as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

• Order number.
• Customer name and contact number.
• Photographs of the outer package.
• Photographs of the product and seal.
• A brief description of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.

4. Replacement

If a replacement is approved, we may arrange collection of the affected product before sending a replacement, depending on the circumstances.

Replacement availability will depend on stock and product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, Endhan Labs may offer an alternative resolution, including a refund where appropriate.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refundable amount will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

Shipping charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless the return or refund is due to an error attributable to Endhan Labs or applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel it.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.

7. Return Approval

No product should be shipped back to Endhan Labs without receiving return instructions or approval from our team.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Products approved for return should be securely packaged and returned in the condition specified by our customer support team.

8. Product Storage and Safety

Customers are responsible for storing supplements according to the instructions provided on the product packaging.

Returns or refund claims arising from improper storage, exposure to excessive heat or moisture, misuse or failure to follow product instructions may not be accepted.
